Mother's Day Pics

We had a great mother's day! We had our regular church services, and then we headed to Wilson. We did not have a Sunday night service, so we stayed in Wilson until later that evening. We all went to Mema's house for lunch and relaxation. Uncle Ralph cooked some great steaks and, of course, we ended up eating and snacking all day long! We played outside until a storm came and then we went in and played cards until time for baths for the kids! They love to get showers at Mema's!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our whole family being together. Bryan and I are so thankful for our Mom's. They are so good to us. They are Godly, loving, kind, generous, helpful with their advice, wonderful Grandmothers, and many, many more things! Thank you Mema and Grandmama, you are loved and appreciated very much!!!

These kids are soooooo funny! It is quite a challenge to get all four to cooperate for a picture, but they have so much fun together!

Silly! (The little ones love to say "cheese")

Melia loves to swing, swing at Mema's!

Pray for us! One day these two are going to be teenagers together!

WOW! What a weekend.

This past weekend Bryce had the opportunity to play "Dew Drop" a surfer dude from who knows where in our children's play at Church. Michaellynn directed our Kidz Praize program for another year and did an excellent job. We were able to do a repeat from a couple of years ago called Splash Kingdom. It's about a group of kids that want to enter a fabulous water park but their names are not found in the invitation book, (The Book of Life.) After learning how they can get into the water park they go through the steps of making it possible and are able to enter. It is a great program for kids to explain just how simple it is to be saved. I must say that our kids did a great job despite the fact that this was probably the smallest group we have ever had in Kidz Praize.

Friday, Micheallynn and I spent the majority of the day tying up some loose ends so that dress rehearsal would run smoothly on Saturday. It did just that, with no credit to me. Michaellynn, Brooke, Mrs. Dianne, and Mrs. Lisa did a fabulous job getting things together.

Grandaddy and Grandmamma came back from their mission trip to Mexico on Friday, and after taking Saturday to recover came to see Bryce on Sunday. Mema, Aunt Bebbie (Debbie), Uncle Ralph, and Cooper-man came too. It was great having them all their to support Michaellynn and Bryce.

Well, another year and another play. We'll have to see what next years is going to be like.
